Registration 2010
While everyone
will be admitted to the conference, for anyone registering at the door, dinner and brunch tickets will
be sold on a first come first serve basis depending on the remaining availability of seats.
Pre-Registrations will be accepted up until Sunday Oct 10th
Please register at the door after this date.
If you are paying by cheque simply make the check out to "GRATITUDE".
If you are mailing in your registration please allow sufficent time for delivery.
